Think Active are a committed to helping make physical activity inclusive and accessible for everyone. Our aim is for everyone in Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire to benefit from movement and enjoy sport and physical activity in safe and thriving communities. 

Think Active are inviting external partners to join our Equality, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI) Reference Group. 

What you need to know: 

• The role is voluntary 
• The group will meet (virtually) every two months  

The aims of the group are: 

• To promote collaboration and representation for those working at and with Think Active. 
• To provide a voice to contribute to the design of Think Active projects, products, and initiatives through an Equality, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lens.  
• Create the environment where challenge and curiosity are welcomed to help us achieve our aims and objectives.  
• To treat each other with kindness. consideration, acceptance, and appreciation 

If you have a passion for improving diversity and inclusion in all aspects related to sport and physical activity. If you can contribute to and critically challenge Think Active’s thinking in the design of projects and initiatives, we would love to hear from you.
