Think Active Safeguarding Policies

Think Active is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of every child and adult who participates in activities either directly organised by Think Active or through partners working collaboratively with us. 

Think Active proudly meets the Child Protection in Sport Unit (CPSU) and Ann Craft Trust standards as part of our dedication to safeguarding children, young people and adults in sport. All of our staff undergo relevant safeguarding checks and training, ensuring we are equipped to create and maintain a safe space for everyone.

Reporting a Concern

If you think a child or adult is in immediate danger or requires medical attention, you should call the emergency services on  999.

If there is a safeguarding concern at a Think Active event, or an incident involving a member of the Think Active team, this form can be used to capture the details of any concerns – Think Active Safeguarding Concern Form

Concerns involving clubs and groups

If your concern relates to a sports club or group, please contact the Club Safeguarding Lead/Officer.  The contact information for this role, along with the club’s safeguarding policy, should be available on the club website or notice board within the clubhouse.
