We Are Undefeatable is a movement supporting people with a range of long-term health conditions to be active.
There are downloads, videos and hints and tips to support people to be active.
Created by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Stronger My Way provides accessible, evidence based resources including strengthening activities that can be done in the home.
