We are launching our new Leadership and Volunteering programme in partnership with e-learning platform Skills 360. This is a targeted programme for young people aged between 16-25 in the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire area. We are looking to support sports clubs, community and youth groups with this offer. 

Skills 360 is an e-learning platform that offers many leadership modules suitable for young people. The aim of this project is to equip young people in our local area with a set of transferable skills which they can either in a career that is sports focused or even one in another sector. Each young person will also undertake 30 hours of volunteering so they can put their learning into practice.
